Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a lovely pool area and relaxing spa facilities, making it a great choice for a getaway. However, my experience was marred by the noise levels during events and the inconsistent quality of the meals. The room cleanliness also left much to be desired. Overall, it has potential but requires improvements in several areas.
Despite some appealing aspects like the exciting aquapark, my experience at this hotel was marred by noise issues and unhelpful staff. The quality of the food was decent, but the service left much to be desired. Overall, while the facilities have potential, the lack of attention to guest experience makes it hard to recommend.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the staff went out of their way to meet our needs and the wellness facilities were exceptional, I found the dining experience lacking, especially during breakfast. The room was spacious and well-equipped, but some improvements could definitely enhance the overall experience.
The hotel has some nice features like a relaxing pool area and decent breakfast options. However, the dining experience overall is lacking and the service can be quite frustrating. The rooms were okay but could use better maintenance, and it's a shame that the overall quality seems to have declined since my last visit.
